Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to raise a family or sprawling farmland to raise livestock, you’ll find the perfect setting in picturesque

Lunenburg County, Virginia.

Established on May 1, 1746, Lunenburg went on to provide territory for the formation of nine other counties beginning in 1753, earning the nickname, the “Mother of Counties.”

As of July 2022, the county’s population is estimated at 12,031 citizens with an area of 432 square miles and encompasses the towns of Kenbridge and Victoria, as well as the communities of Lunenburg, Dundas, Fort Mitchell, Meherrin, and Rehoboth.
